Leicestershire County Council's Public Health department is seeking to procure mental health supervision sessions that are underpinned by evidence-based practice to support education staff that are working directly with Children and Young People (CYP) with diagnosed or undiagnosed mental or emotional health challenges.
Sessions are expected to include comprehensive "Emotional Health and Wellbeing Supervision" to improve the knowledge, practical skills and confidence of the school-based staff who support CYP with existing diagnosed or undiagnosed mental health challenges.
The Provider will work closely with local Primary and Secondary Care Mental Health services, including VCSE commissioned services, to ensure the appropriate links are established for appropriate and timely signposting and referral within school settings.
