The Council has an extensive commercial property portfolio which is managed by the Council's Valuation and Estates team lead by Joanna Rust. The Valuation and Estates Team sits within the Asset Management Team of Property which is lead by Ola Onabajo. The purpose of this commission is two-fold:
⢠to review the commercial property portfolio and provide advice on whether there is any action that the Council could take to further maximise the ongoing revenue income from the portfolio.
⢠To provide Valuation and Estates resources as required to support the Valuation and Estates team with particular commissions on an agreed set of rates.
