In response to current and emerging requirements for improved communication facilities, the Councils have decided to replace their existing office telephony services with a Microsoft Teams telephony solution and associated SIP / Call plan network services, and contact centre telephony services with an integrated contact centre.
This procurement is for the supply of services in respect of a Microsoft Teams Voice solution with integrated Microsoft certified contact centre and associated SIP / Call plan network services. The successful Bidder will be responsible for providing to each Council a two-phase migration from the Councils' existing telephony environment to Teams Voice.
The two phases for each Council are:
1. Microsoft Teams Voice and associated SIP / Call plan network services
2. Cloud based contact centre telephony
To support a phased migration, the Councils are looking to engage a supplier to provide the design, any associated hardware, the installation / configuration and support services for Microsoft Teams Voice, integrated contact centre and associated SIP / Call Plan services.
This competition is being carried out using Lots 4b and 4c of the Crown Commercial Service Network Services 3 framework.
