KCHFT has upgraded the existing clinical system : Symphony, for urgent treatment and emergency care, supporting patient management, tracking and clinical workflow.
The system was awarded under the QE Facilities Agreement : Clinical IT Software (and Hardware) Solutions for use in Healthcare, Framework agreement (2021/S 001-002154) under a Direct award process.
Term of the agreement is for 3 years with an option to extend up to a maximum of 10 years in total.
