Windows/doors replacement and int/ext alterations @ Maison Francaise d'Oxford

This tender relates to 2 different lots as below. Tenderers are invited to bid separaly for lot 1 and lot 2. Two different contracts will be awarded to the best tenderer for each lot. Lots may or may not be carried out in the same time.

Contracts will be JCT minor work building contract 2016 edition.

LOT 1: ACCESS IMPROVEMENT WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL REPAIRS

External:

• access ramp to main entrance creation
• basement fire safery exit creation
• facades repair
• drainage investigation and repair
• tree removal

Internal:

• disabled lift access creation
• electrical remedial

LOT 2: WINDOWS AND DOORS REPLACEMENT (circa 100 units)
