The Building Fabric General Maintenance and Minor Works framework agreement is for a period of 2 years with an option to extend for further 2 years in two, 12-month increments. In addition, TfGM will enter into a reactive maintenance contract with the highest scoring framework provider and allow direct award option to this provider up to the value of £30,000 for any individual contract. All requirements with an estimated value above this are to be competed via a further competition.
