WCHG has a requirement for a new ELECTRICAL SERVICES contract. This will replace the existing contract, which expires on March 31st 2020.
WCHG has combined a number of other electrical disciplines/services to this contract, but please note this tender is not in 'Lots', therefore tenderers must bid for all disciplines/services.
Duration - the agreement will run for a period of TWO years, with an option to extend for TWO further 12-month periods, subject to satisfactory performances and annual review.
List of disciplines/services:
o Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICR) o Full & partial rewires, including any follow-on works o PAT testing o Smoke Alarm Installation/replacement o Heat Alarm Installation/replacement o Solar Photovoltaic (PV) Power Supply Systems Testing o Lightning Protection o Communal Aerial Servicing o Communal Ad-Hoc Electrical Works
