Purchase of Ford Vehicle Spares and Consumables

FCDO Services wish to secure and enter into an agreement with a single supplier to provide Genuine Ford Parts and consumables for a 3 years period with an option to extend for two(2) further twelve (12) month periods.

The Authority purchases approx. £12,000 of spare vehicle parts and consumables per annum although the Authority makes no guarantees as to any level of spend under the contract and reserves the right not to award a contract upon the completion of this tender exercise.

FCDO Services expects this procurement to deliver the following aims:

• To contract with a Supplier who has a proven track record of providing quality parts and service to the automobile trade.

• The ability to order via the GPC

• To procure official Ford parts at a competitive price.

• To contract with a Supplier who's customer service ensures quick turnaround, efficient ordering and delivery and excellent customer service, including offering a same day delivery service

• To contract with a Supplier who has the technical knowledge to respond to the Authority's queries in a quick and efficient manner.

• To identify a Supplier who can provide and has knowledge of, other manufacturers parts
