A requirement for providing and maintaining software to service Ofgem's finance, procurement and reporting systems. This includes software licences, ongoing support and maintenance; provision of a helpdesk service and the option to access ad hoc consultancy support. This also includes version upgrades, as part of the standard helpdesk.
