This research serves a dual purpose.
Firstly, it provides the data required to report on KPI 5 in the Fund's Corporate
Plan: 'Our employee engagement score will be in the top quartile when compared with similar and comparable organisations'. This KPI is a key performance measure reported to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS), Board, and the Senior Management Team (SMT).
Secondly, aligned with the People & Culture Strategy 2025-2030, which sets out a number of success measures, this research will provide the data to assess progress and demonstrate performance against agreed targets. These measures include indicators such as 'change is managed well and in an open and sensitive way,' 'I understand how changes are connected to our strategy,' and 'leadership encourages a culture of inclusion.'
In addition, the insights gained will enable the People & Culture Directorate to design and implement targeted initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall employee experience.
