Agency is seeking to establish a planned maintenance contract for our 7500 Fast Real-Time PCR system (Applied Biosystems) for the next 5 years. The contract should provide 1 x PM visit, and must include a full service and calibration of the instrument. The service provider is expected to provide the calibration kit for the PCR instrument to carry out the calibration. We are keen to explore a standard PM contract and a fully comprehensive cover, so we would request details on both.
