South Norfolk Council requires bidders to provide mechanical and fitness testing of licensed hackney carriages and private hire vehicles in accordance with the requirements of the South Norfolk Council hackney carriage and private hire vehicle compliance testing standards and the Driving Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) MOT testing guide. The bidder will be a vehicle testing station authorised by DVSA to carry out class 4 vehicle MOT tests.
