220823 - Refurbishment Works at Billericay Ambulance Station (Stage One)

The East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust requires a supplier to undertake internal refurbishment works at Billericay Ambulance Station

-Alterations to the external wall to infill doors and provide new windows

-Internal alterations to provide a Training facility

The gross area is 90m2 part of station

The contract commencement is November 2022 with a timescale for completion of November-December 2022.

The Form of Contract for the works will be JCT Minor Works Contract 2016

It is likely the buildings will be partially occupied during the works phase. Commencement will be by agreement with the successful contractor
