To develop an all age careers guidance website to support the populations of Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley, for the rest of this tender these four Councils will collectively be referred to as Sheffield City Region or SCR. The service provider will need to develop a bespoke careers education information advice and guidance website with tailored content to support young people and adults make informed choices about their next steps in learning and in their careers. A place-based approach providing online careers information and advice for young people, and adults tailored to meet local needs and reflecting the workforce needs of employers. It must support Doncaster, Sheffield, Rotherham and Barnsley with tailored content for user from each area.
