The University is looking to appoint a number of Building Fabric & Joinery Contractors to undertake Planned and Reactive work across the University Portfolio.
It is envisaged that the Framework will be awarded to a minimum of 2 Suppliers and a Maximum of 4.
CONTRACT LENGTH:2 + 1 + 1 The contract will be initially awarded for 2 years extended annually for 2 further years subject to satisfactory performance.
Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
