BCH have an established in-house Estates & Facilities model responsible for the management and delivery of Hard and Soft FM services to the majority of the Trust's estates portfolio. BCH recognise that the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) solution is key to the success of the Estates & Facilities model.
BCH has therefore initiated a formal procurement process to better understand the capabilities and functionalities of suitable software products currently available in the market and to select the most appropriate software solution that not only best aligns to the current Trust requirements but also enables BCH to achieve their ambition to increasingly manage their estate in a smarter way in support of the Trust's overall vision
