The Borough Council of Calderdale invites the submission of Quotes for the provision of consultancy services in relation to the preparation of an Economic Case for Southeast Calderdale. An unprecedented scale of capital is due to be invested into this location and the Council wishes to appoint a firm of economists to prepare information that could inform future public fund bids. The main aim and purpose of this work is to help the Council to become 'bid ready' and to equip Councillors and Council officers with a clear understanding of the benefits that can result from this programme of investment which they will be able to communicate to local people.
