Fire Door Remedials Rivers House

Following a fire door survey at Rivers House, Bridgwater we are looking for a specialist fire door contractor to replace two fire doors and carry out remedials on a number of other doors. The remedials include repair / replacement of hinges, intumescent strips, beading, locksets and replacement signage.

We recommend a site survey, where the recent findings from the report will be available to review.

Please note that tenders will be evaluated using the attached evaluation matrix, based on price, skills & experience and health and safety competence.
