The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) Housing Management is looking to appoint the services of three multi-disciplinary construction services professional firms to assist with the scoping and management of works required to the blocks within Silchester Estate.
The contract is divided into three Lots as stated below;
Lot 1 - Principal Designer and Clerk of Works
Lot 2 - Contract Administrator, Quantity Surveyor and Project Planner
Lot 3 - Design Services
A single professional service firm will be appointed onto each lot.
