The requirement is for the provision of Grounds Maintenance and Landscaping services on behalf of Peabody within the East London & Essex region. The contract covers all areas of landscape management works, the scope of which is outlined below:
The works will comprise but is not limited to:-
â¢Grass maintenance;
â¢Hard surface management keeping weeds within the agreed limit.;
â¢Moss treatment;
â¢Shrub and hedge maintenance;
â¢Low level tree maintenance;
â¢Removal of leaves and other detritious including litter from the hard surfaces and beds;
â¢Weeding of beds;
â¢Seasonal pruning of plants;
â¢and all associated works to, and around the areas identified and agreed.
