Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a specialist supplier on a Design and Build basis to develop the schematic plan that was produced as part of the Feasibility Study, primarily for budgeting and planning purposes. The end result will be a design for a deliverable scheme and a price for implementation of that scheme.
Operators are now being formally invited to meet this requirement and the purpose of the documentation supplied is to provide the necessary information to enable Tenderers to submit a response.
