Haulage Services

Provision of haulage services on an 'on request' basis during drilling and development of the first deep geothermal well at the Eden Project.

Deliveries and dispatches will mainly be required between the geothermal site at the Eden Project, Cornwall and other destinations within the UK (typically Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth). However, on occasions, transportation may also be required between the geothermal site and other European destinations (for example Germany or Czech Republic).

Loads are likely to be one-way only. Transportation will sometimes need to be arranged with less than 24 hours notice in either direction.

Load types will be standard for an onshore deep drilling project, commonly requiring a flat-bed articulated HGV. They will typically comprise, but will not be limited to:

--Tubular goods (drill pipe, drill collars, casing, downhole motors)

--Drilling fluids (bags of drilling chemicals)

--Pallets of drilling equipment
