Kingston Council, acting on behalf of the SLWP, is inviting suitably qualified and experienced consultants to submit written quotes to establish an accurate and robust carbon baseline and set 'SMART' carbon reduction targets for a range of SLWP activities and operations including recycling and waste collections, transfer station operations and Household Reuse and Recycling Centres (HRRC).
The contract term will be for a period of 14 weeks - with no scope for extension.
Proposals must be received electronically via the Council's e-tendering portal system (https://www.londontenders.org/) no later than 4pm, 24 June 2022.
