To support the Ministry of Labour and Social Security in Sierra Leone in completing and operationalizing the Labour Market Information System (LMIS)
Consultancy opportunity for suitably qualified and experienced Technical and Vocational Education (TVET) specialist to design, implement and analyse LMIS. The project will run between April 2021 and November 2021.
The work will include, desk research, designing and delivering a workshop, developing a training package, mentoring and coaching key individuals and developing a guidebook all supporting the implementation of the new LMIS.
Additional information: Bidders will be required to register on British Council`s e-Tendering portal In-Tend hosted at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/britishcouncil in order to take part in the tender process.
Once registered, bidders must log-in to the website where they can view the project and access the bidders pack and submit their return.
Bidders will also be required to demonstrate their capability and `means of proof` will be required. These conditions are outlined in the RFP.
