Luton & Dunstable University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust ('the Employer') is procuring the remodelling works to part of the Luton Travelodge site to create a new Bariatrics facility. This will be procured via a two-stage tendering process and will utilise a JCT Standard Building Contract 2016 (without quantities).

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
