The council has a urgent requirement for the repairment of two landfill sites (Alkerton and Dean Pit) to comply with Environmental Legalisation.
At the Alkerton Site there is a requirement to remediate the gas management infrastructure to regain gas control across the site
At the Dean Pit site there is a requirement to remediate and upgrade leachate and gas management infrastructure across the site.
Bidders are encourage to participate in a site visit of both locations and this has been taken in to consideration in the timescale - 15th of August.
