The contract is for the provision of independent advice to the elected members of Merseyside Pension Fund's Pension Committee. MPF has two positions available. It is intended that the roles will be undertaken by individuals and not corporate entities. This does not preclude applications from those working for corporate entities but the application cannot be on behalf of a corporate entity and must be from an individual who will provide independent advice on a personal basis.

The contract is initially for 5 years starting on 1st April 2020, with the option to extend for up to a further 5 years to be reviewed and renewed on an annual basis.
