The Balfour Beatty VINCI Joint Venture HS2 delivering HS2 Area North is looking to outsource the end-to-end administration, coordination and and delivery of the competency requirements managed through Sentinel, the Rail Industry Authority to Work system run by Network Rail. The training and competency requirements will be delivered in accordance with the rail industry standards
This package relates to the administration, coordination delivery and maintenance of training and accreditations provided to identified staff where there is a requirement to work in a rail environment.
This document describes the scope of work BBV are looking to outsource and will be used as part of an initial enquiry to rail competency vendors. BBV are interested in hearing from vendors, as to how they would engage with the project team and accurately deliver the requirements outlined within this document throughout the project lifecycle.
Due to the variety of different rail competency requirements included within the scope of works it is anticipated that itemised rates would be provided to cover each aspect of the scope.
