Public Health England (PHE), also referred to as the 'Authority', is looking for a contractor(s) to deliver training in emergency preparedness, resilience and response (EPRR) within the health sector on a range of short training courses. Courses will be delivered in conjunction with a PHE emergency response trainer(s) and will be delivered throughout England and/or through virtual platforms. Primarily delegates will have Public Health expertise and may potentially be required to participate in a STAC meeting as either a Chair or STAC member. PHE will develop the training content and supporting training materials. Candidates should have extensive experience of working in EPRR together with wide experience at a senior level in the Police service and be proficient in the role of police Gold/Strategic Commander in order to facilitate STAC role play exercises.
