As per 2.1 of the Instructions to Tenderers and specifically the paragraph below;
The Council reserves the right at any time to cease the procurement process and not award the Contract or only award part of it.
The Council is exercising it's right to cease this process and not award a Framework Agreement for this particular opportunity. This is due to changes needed in relation to the publicised award criteria.
The Council will be looking to re-advertise this opportunity on the 19th January 2022
