Scope - De Montfort University seeks to engage a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for :
Alteration and refurbishment of existing classrooms into new computer labs.
⢠Refurbishment of corridors
⢠Removal of existing closed reception counter and fittings and installation of new partition wall.
⢠New doors, frames ironmongery
⢠New ceiling grids and ceiling tiles
⢠Creation of new opening for screens and doors
⢠New floor finishes
⢠Redecoration of walls and woodwork.
