Purchase Plasma with a high level of D-dimer antigen

The Agency is looking to purchase Plasma with a high level of D-dimer antigen (a breakdown product of fibrin and a marker for thrombosis) from patients.

Essential requirements are as follows:

• To have a variety of samples with different concentrations and size distributions of D-dimer.
• Samples should have D-dimer concentrations > 10 µg/ml. Initially small volumes are needed 10-50 ml as a pool of mixed samples. Larger volumes may be required in the future.
• Plasma should be free of blood-borne viruses, HIV, Hep B and C.
