Cumbria County Council is recommissioning Targeted Therapeutic Services. Referred young people aged 13 to 19 years old (and up to 25 years old for young people with learning difficulties, disabilities and care leavers) that meet the definition of a beneficiary stated in the Service Specification will receive support and therapeutic services to address their needs, support their reintegration into mainstream provision, enhance their life chances and prevent further social exclusion.
