Construction of a building circa 1,160 sqm to house 2 GP surgeries and a pharmacy, plus associated car parking and landscaping. The project is currently being managed by consultants RPS and the CCG, with funding provided by NHS England. Stoke-on-Trent City Council will be the contracting party and will retain the land and building on completion.
