Leicestershire County Council ('the Council'), Leicester City Council, Rutland County Council (LLR) are preparing to procure Advocacy Services which is due to expire on 31st March 2024. The Council would like to consult the market prior to the tender being issued. It is currently anticipated that the tender will be advertised within the next 12 months.
To better understand the market LLR is inviting feedback from providers currently delivering advocacy services about their models of providing advocacy so we can better understand delivery models, cost implications and market interest.
