North Lincolnshire Council's curtilage recycling contract ends in March 2020 and the Authority is keen to understand the market's appetite to tender for a new contract. The purpose of this PMC is to ask the market if it can deliver the contract as it is currently being delivered including maintaining a source separated collection service. The Authority also wants to understand what preference the market has for the term of the contract and if there are any preferred financial models.
