Bromford wishes to dispose of residential properties so sought to select a suitable supplier for the provision of the following services:
⢠Recommend the most favorable disposal route based on initial soft marketing exercise of a selection of suitable housing providers.
⢠Undertake warranted stock condition surveys to be included within the marketing material.
⢠Advise on the likely receipts that could be realized from a disposal.
⢠Develop and carry out formal expressions of interest with relevant parties including, non-disclosure agreements, online data room and marketing of the portfolio.
⢠Carry out due diligence on any bidders and evaluate offers with recommendations.
⢠Progress any subsequent sale and to project manage the process through to exchange of contracts.
⢠Deliver Best practice approach and be regulatory compliant and to prepare portfolios for a transaction.
