The scope of the required service is the provision of a Planned and Reactive service to the Solent University facilities, comprises of the following services:
Planned and reactive Mechanical and Electrical maintenance, to ensure statutory and mandatory compliance is achieved at all times
Outlined below is a schedule of the individual elements to the services to be provided by the bidder, this not a definitive list and bidder shall familiarise themselves with all of the required services during the tender period
M&E maintenance to include but not limited to:
HVAC
HCWS
BMS
LV electrical and distribution
External lighting
Photovoltaics
PAT testing
Ventilation duct cleaning
Lightning protection
