The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority (LCRCA) is a Mayoral Combined Authority covering the six local authorities of Halton, Knowsley, Liverpool, Sefton, St. Helens and Wirral. An important part of the Combined Authority's function lies in ensuring an optimal evidence and intelligence base, providing socio-economic and other key data on the current status of the city region, trends and possible future change.\r
