Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is seeking to engage with Providers to gain realistic and practical information relating to the ability of the market for the potential to provide a fully managed CCTV service. This exercise is to inform its forthcoming tender opportunity for the Provision of a CCTV Service (including upgrade) as well as assisting with scoping its specification on the preferred service model for this provision.
