The development is located off City Road, Fenton, Stoke-on-Trent, ST4 2PL. The former Workshop site is under construction to provide a Sheltered Housing Scheme comprising of 65 apartments for older people, expected to be completed by February 2022. This project is to provide interior design services alongside the provision of fixtures, fittings and equipment not included within the main build contract to dress the scheme (the list is not exhaustive). Consideration needs to be given to the designs being suitable for older persons, so dementia friendly, appropriate for those with visual and hearing impairments and suitable for those residents with physical and learning difficulties.
