BCULHB are actively migrating all its telephony infrastructure from legacy PBX based fixed line technology to Cisco Call manager IP Telephony, and are seeking to appoint a suitable partner to provide a service to assist with the handset replacement, and extension configuration aspects of this work on a contractual basis.
