1. Inclusive Design Site Appraisal:

• Site, Streets, and Surroundings: Assess external design elements such as parking, entrances, building access, and signage.
• Indoor Space Design: Evaluate features like lighting, surface contrast, furniture, wayfinding, navigation, and signage.
• Building Facilities: Review facilities including toilets and kitchenettes.

2. Comprehensive Report:

• Identify barriers or challenges that could hinder the inclusion of individuals with disabilities and accessibility needs.
• Provide recommended solutions categorised into priorities:
• Priority 1: Health and safety issues requiring urgent attention.
• Priority 2: Significant barriers for visually disabled people.
• Priority 3: Expected requirements as per statutory regulations.
• Priority 4: Issues to be addressed during routine maintenance, refurbishment, or upgrades.

3. Post-Completion:

• Conduct a one-hour online dissemination session with a Q&A about uplifting physical environments.
• Issue a commendation after implementing the recommendations
