The contractor shall design, supply all materials and components, manufacture, assemble, inspect, test, package and deliver the equipment and supporting documentation as specified in this document.
Specifically, the contractor shall supply:
(1) 1 off Power Supply Unit
(2) 2 off Through Wall Cable Assembly
(3) 1 off FAT including test equipment and schedule
(4) 1 off works testing
(5) 1 off lifetime quality records file
(6) Drawing Pack
(7) Packaging
(8) Delivery to NNL Workington
