Application Health Checks and Optimisation

The Adult Social Care (ASC) in the Royal Borough of Kingston uses a number of applications for managing their services to clients and staff. Some of these applications are the IAS system and Adult and Children's ContrOCC.\\r\r

To ensure continuous value is achieved from these systems and the smooth running of these applications to meet their expected performance, a periodic health check and application configuration optimisation is required.
