*CONTRACT AWARD ONLY* An initial piece of consultancy work has been carried out to review the organisation's high-level structure and operating model. This brought together detailed organisational data, understanding of best practice and the requirements of a future model as an evidence base, and made a set of recommendations which have been developed into a proposed change programme plan. Following the Phase 1 review, the Combined Authority is seeking an organisational change partner to support the implementation of the recommendations.
