Aim: To provide supported accommodation to circa 10-12 rough sleepers with a range of complex / medium to high needs whilst move on or reconnection pathway is identified and becomes available.
Overview:
This service forms part of the Ealing pathway for rough sleepers. It is a Staging Post/ Supported Accommodation provision for 10-12 rough sleepers with medium-high needs. The service is needed to increase engagement with clients thus reducing a return to rough sleeping.
The service will work with clients of all backgrounds and eligibility - including those with immigration issues. It will be staffed 24 hours.
