Lincolnshire County Council are in the process of re-commissioning the Strategic Market Support Service (SMSS) and Care Home Trusted Assessors (CHTA) within Lincolnshire. To that end, we are seeking to understand the market's interest in the contracts.
The main SMSS aim is to promote and deliver workforce development and training to all care providers in Lincolnshire, specifically (i) Residential and Nursing Home Services, (ii) Home Care and Community Support Services and (iii) Extra Care Housing.
The CHTA service will establish a team of suitably qualified and experienced staff to support operational hospital discharges pressures. Their role is to conduct an operational assessment of all individuals identified as medically optimised and fit for discharge.
