The Council is seeking a suitably qualified Noise consultant to work at concerts held at the Scarborough Open Air Theatre for the 2022 through to (and including) the 2026 seasons. There will be a minimum of 12 events held each season, with a maximum number of 30. As a guide there were 12 concerts last season. It is anticipated that there will be 20-25 concerts in 2022 The Premises Licence has a number of conditions consistent with the operating conditions that are relevant to the tender. These are detailed below
