The building at Coopers Mill, Button Oak, Wyre Forest NNR, Bewdley, DY12 3AG, is damp and the roof is unsafe. There are clay roof tiles which need replacing and the external render is cracked and allowing water ingress. We need to replace the clay roof tiles and make good the external render.
